Debra and Sales Team:

            "Rick and I want to thank you and your Sales Team (Eleanor and Maggie Squires) for the absolutely fantastic job you all did in the sale of our purebred Arabian gelding Bagger Vance, lovingly known as "Romeo". 

            We were just awed at the level of effort you all took in preparing Romeo for marketing.  We know you all were up very early on a bitingly cold morning bathing, clipping and braiding Romeo for his presentation.  Romeo was lovingly prepared as if he was entering a Nationals Championship.

            The portraits taken of Romeo were worthy products of the most well-known Arabian photographers. They are beautiful and will allow us to have a perfect keepsake of this special horse.

            The video was fun and extremely eye-catching.  It pulled you into it and viewers just had to see it to the end.  Not only was Romeo gorgeous, so were Eleanor and Maggie.  They demonstrated professionalism and expertise as horsewomen and did an amazing job in the creation and the filming of this flight of fancy. 

            There was obviously very high interest in Romeo as he is a stunning horse but also due to the outstanding marketing program and ad campaign you put in place.  We also know that you also were in touch with  many of your equine contacts to spread the "word" about this charming horse. 

            There were numerous  inquiries immediately and when the offer came in we were amazed that all this occurred within twenty-four hours of the video being posted.  In this market this was an amazing feat!  You coordinated the offer between us and the buyers with professionalism and with care that both parties were convinced they had a wonderful deal.

            We were thrilled to have you attend the pre-purchase veterinary exam.  We all wanted this part to go well and it did with your patience and expertise at hand.  The final pieces came together today with you coordinating the shipping documents with the veterinary and closing out the bill of sale.  We so appreciated your highly professional demeanor and your totally ethical handling of the  overall process.

            Overall, the sale of Romeo is bittersweet.  We love this boy. He is an amazing horse that has so much character and gentleness yet retains his beauty, grace and fire of the Arabian breed. Our granddaughter, Katie, is preparing for college and not able to spend the time riding and showing Romeo as he deserves.  We know her heart is breaking.  It is so good to know that you have found him an amazing home with another "Katie" to love him
